These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made on tryeonara.com (the "Site") from Avora Brands LLC ("Seller") by any person placing an order ("Customer"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

3. Products

We make every effort to describe and photograph our hair and scalp care products accurately, but colors and packaging may vary slightly. Results vary from person to person. Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a scalp condition, allergies or are pregnant or nursing, check the ingredient list or consult a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Taxes and shipping, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time; the price at the time you place your order applies.

5. Orders

After you place an order, we send a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, pricing error or product unavailability, and will refund any amount charged.

6. Payment

Payment is due when you place your order, using the methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers; we do not receive your full card details.

7. Shipping and delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you provided.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the products or the Site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
